Marketing Generalist
Client Success & Strategy: You are more than just a contact point; you are a trusted advisor. You will manage 5-10 key accounts, proactively communicating updates, fielding questions, and ensuring every client feels that their business is our top priority.
Project Management: Act as the “Traffic Controller” for the agency. You will organize workflows in Asana/Monday, assigning tasks to the Creative and Ad teams to ensure that no deadline is missed and every campaign launches on time.
Data Storytelling (Reporting): Move beyond basic spreadsheets. You will analyze the raw numbers from our AI dashboards and translate them into clear, actionable weekly insights that clients can easily understand and appreciate.
Quality Control (QC): You are the last line of defense. You will rigorously review all ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to ensure they are error-free, on-brand, and meet our high standards before the client ever sees them.
Intern
AI Implementation: You won’t just watch; you will build. You will learn to operate the Theory Co. Content Engine, generating high-quality blog posts, social media captions, and ad hooks at scale using our proprietary AI workflows.
Market Research & Intelligence: You will be our eyes in the market. Your job is to conduct deep-dive research on competitor ads, identify emerging trends, and curate a world-class “Swipe File” of winning concepts for our creative team.
Campaign Infrastructure: Learn the technical side of growth. You will assist in setting up essential tracking mechanisms, organizing UTM parameters, and ensuring that pixels are firing correctly for live client campaigns.
Digital Asset Management: You will bring order to the chaos. You will be responsible for organizing, tagging, and managing our library of images, videos, and creative assets in the cloud, ensuring the team can access the right files instantly.
