1. The Service

The Theory Co. provides a suite of digital marketing tools known as “The Lab.” Access to “The Lab” is sold as a “30-Day Access Pass.”

2. Purchases & Accounts

To purchase an Access Pass, you will be required to create an account on our website. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

All purchases are one-time payments. This is not a recurring subscription. Your access will automatically expire after 30 days, at which point you may purchase a new pass.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including all 6 tools in “The Lab”) are and will remain the exclusive property of The Theory Co. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our tools.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Theory Co., nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
